New workout idea for those that have no time

Do 10 squats every time you are going to exit the Bathroom

Do 10 push-ups before and after you shower

Do 10 calf raises every time you get to the top of your stairs

  1. This is great...it's fun, fast and easy! I also squat when I pick up my 8 month old!!! I can't get to the gym, but want to work out so this is a perfect way for me to workout and not add or take anything away from my day! :)
